Get in Touch

This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the responsible public office directly.

Christian County Official Contacts

Use the office that created or keeps the record. Routine records requests should go by email, mail, fax, or hand delivery, and requesters should retain a copy. Do not use a records email for an emergency.

Choose the Right Record Route

Different systems answer different questions. These routes avoid sending a request to an office that does not hold the record:

  • For a booking photo, current roster entry, or released booking record, begin with the Christian County records hub and the detention center.
  • For sheriff records or a wanted-list tip, use the sheriff's verified office, public-affairs, or dispatch contact.
  • For a case docket or disposition, start with the Circuit Court Clerk and Kentucky CourtNet.
  • For a Hopkinsville municipal police record, use OPENRECORDS@HOPKINSVILLEKY.US or (270) 890-0210.
  • For Oak Grove city records, contact the City Clerk at (270) 439-4646.
  • For Pembroke city records, use (270) 475-4343 or pembroke@mchsi.com.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Kentucky Department of Corrections KOOL offender search.

The federal Bureau of Prisons locator and ICE detainee locator cover separate federal systems. Neither is a Christian County jail roster. For current county custody, the detention center remains the official starting point.

Urgent and Bond Questions

Call 911 for an immediate safety emergency. For routine after-hours law-enforcement contact, use dispatch at (270) 890-1300. If a caller claims a warrant requires Bitcoin, gift cards, or immediate payment, end the call and dial the sheriff independently.

Bond business is separate from records access. The jail directs regular-hours bond matters to the Justice Center and after-hours cash bonds to the jail side entrance. Confirm the current procedure and amount with the responsible office before traveling or paying.
